Our lives are complex, ever changing - sometimes
for the better, sometimes for the worse. We have far more control over events
than we realise. Life can get on top of us from time to time. Look back,
however, and you will realise that somehow you were able to get over
those obstacles and difficulties. Being unwell, be it in mind or body, is
just another problem for you to solve. Your doctor can do an awful lot; the
medicine can really help. But it is our own responsibility to get well. Take
your medicine, follow your doctor's advice, but please do something else
too. Find healing for yourself.
To find healing, true healing, you need to
understand that you carry with you a lot of energy. You may not be aware
of it but it is certainly there. When we are unwell, we feel slow and listless.
This means your energy is rundown. Healing is about restoring this vital
energy that your physical body needs to regain the strength to repair and
rebuild. With my Healing Page I aim to provide you with the information you
will need to understand how you can understand and learn to help yourself
become well again.
Your problem may be a physical illness, or it
